ResLife at Bayside College

Residence Life at Bayside College is ONLY available to full-time (12+ credits/semester) day students enrolled in our practicum program that are between the ages of 18-25.

If interested in ResLife, please fill out an interest form and a member from our ResLife team will reach out to you about next steps. Please note that you will not be placed into Residence Life until your application is fully processed and you are accepted to our program.

Why we have ResLife

Residence Life is your home away from home where you will experience intentional community, biblical discipleship, and personal growth!

Leadership is provided to each residence house which includes student resident assistants (RA). Our RA's are led by our full time staff member who serves as the resident director (RD).

This residence life staff member serves as a role model and provides a sense of accountability to the student covenant. They are responsible for maintaining an atmosphere that supports success and is conducive to spiritual, academic, and social growth.

The Community Impact

Our desire is that you would experience a community that helps guide and shapes you to live out the Gospel in your everyday life.

In ResLife at Bayside College, community is at the center of all that we do! Ways that we prioritize community is through our semesterly ResLife events that are organized by our Resident Director to create space for all the ResLife students to connect and build relationships with one another! Each one of our RA's is also tasked with planning and executing one community event per semester for their residents to be apart of! Some of these include Top Golf, going to dinner together, painting pumpkins in the fall, and even ice skiing at a local indoor skating rink.

At Bayside College, Intentional Community is one of our core pillars, and ResLife is just one of the ways that we are able to live it out.

ResLife Fall 2025

Coming this Fall at Bayside College we will have brand new ResLife houses for our students to call home. Located right next to our Bayside Lakewood Ranch Campus, all of these houses have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; in total there will be 10 students in each house, and 70 students on the entire property!

Our houses will continue to be led by RAs and there will be a Resident Director that lives on property to help ensure security and safety for our students. The property will also include a volleyball court, and pickle court for our students to enjoy together!

We cannot wait for what the future will hold for ResLife at Bayside College, and want you to be apart of it!
